All items shipped will be shipped with a delivery confirmation and sent a tracking number when we ship via the usps.

When shipping via FedEx Ground Home Delivery you will also be sent a tracking number.

Checks and Money Orders are to made payable to Mary Reinhart.

If you aren't happy with your items, please return them for a full refund minus shipping costs. If you are returning an item, you MUST contact me to let me know, that I will know to expect the item in the mail. Refunds will not be refunded until I have said item(s) in my possession.

You will be charged actual shipping charges inside and outside the US. All Funds are due with in ten (10) days of invoice.

When using paypal, please include extra for the paypal fees we are charged from paypal.  If you do not wish to pay the

extra costs for using paypal, then please use money order or check when paying for your item(s). Please check with me for the paypal fees so, you will know the correct amount to include in your payment.

When your funds arrive we will ship your item(s) when paypal, or when funds clear our bank.

If your check is returned you will be charged a fee of $35.00, plus what you owe for item(s).
